Gallup has found that college graduates are more likely to be engaged in their jobs than those without a college degree. And graduates of Robert Morris University with full-time employment are more likely to be engaged at work than the average college graduate with a full-time job.

Gallup defines engaged employees as those who are involved in, enthusiastic about, and committed to their work and who contribute to their organization in a positive manner. These workers are psychologically committed and emotionally connected to their jobs.
